Terms of Use
Agreeing to these terms
By downloading or playing Tiffinette you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.
Your licence to play
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Tiffinette for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control.
Sprinkles and Sprinkle Stand goods
Sprinkles are earned only by playing: clearing tiers, sealing tins, the Tin of the Day, Free Tasting and rosettes. They and the pearls, tins and tablecloths they unlock exist only inside the game, have no real-world value, and cannot be bought with real money, sold, traded, transferred or exchanged for anything outside the game. They live on your device and are lost if you reset progress or delete the app.
Fair play
Please do not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, and do not tamper with its saved data or try to get around how it works.
Who owns what
Tiffinette, including its artwork, music, sounds, text and code, belongs to its developer and is protected by intellectual property laws. Playing the game does not transfer any ownership to you.
How the game works
Tiffinette works offline and keeps your progress on your device. It has no accounts, no advertising, no third-party services and no purchases. How your information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranties
The game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game.
For every age
Tiffinette is a family-friendly game suitable for a general audience.
Updates to these terms
These terms may change from time to time, and the effective date above will show when. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the current version.
